This tier offers access to all the fundamental components of the Morning Writing Club each month, and it offers access to all the Q&A recordings and craft newsletters from previous months (since August 2022).
MORNING WRITING CLUB: Every Monday through Friday, join the Morning Writing Club over Zoom from 5-7AM Pacific Time / 8-10AM Eastern Time. We will primarily keep our cameras turned off, writing together at the same time. Signing onto a morning Zoom is a simple thing to do, but in my coaching, I've seen these group writing sessions be extremely effective for writing when you need to implement more routine and accountability into your practice. You can join us for all of these sessions, or some of them (or for the full two hours or just a portion of that time) depending on your availability. Every Friday, we spend the last 15 minutes of the session talking about how our writing went that week.
WRITING PROGRESS GOOGLE DOC ACCESS: After each writing session, you'll have the option to enter your progress in a shared Google Doc spreadsheet. This will look something like this: "Chelsea: 9/15/22, 2 hours, 800 words, had a slow start but pushed through and got to an interesting scene." You can choose to track your word count or time amount or both, but the goal is to quickly record your progress at the end of a session, see what other writers are doing, and to add an extra layer of accountability.
"HOW I FINISHED MY BOOK" SERIES: Each month, the Morning Writing Club hosts two Zoom meetings with two different authors to discuss how they finished their book. Members of the group are encouraged to ask questions that help them navigate around roadblocks they're encountering in their own work. Recent guests include: Hermione Hoby, Sasha Fletcher, Elle Nash, and Matthew Specktor.

This Honor Roll tier includes everything that the $9/month Morning Writing Club tier offers (access to the weekday morning writing Zoom sessions, the shared tracking spreadsheet, the monthly Q&A Zoom sessions, and the monthly craft newsletter) in addition to monthly one-on-one Zoom meetings.
MONTHLY ONE-ON-ONE ZOOM MEETING: Every month, we will schedule a one-on-one 45-minute Zoom consultation in which you can ask me anything related to writing, editing, publishing, and so on. I can offer personalized prompts, personalized reading lists, and we can discuss specific approaches to develop a consistent writing practice that fits into your schedule.

This tier includes everything that the $9/month Morning Writing Club tier offers (access to the weekday morning writing Zoom sessions, the shared tracking spreadsheet, the monthly Q&A Zoom sessions, and the monthly craft newsletter) in addition to monthly manuscript editing and monthly one-on-one Zoom meetings.
MONTHLY MANUSCRIPT EDITING: Each month, you will send me up to 5,000 words of writing (this is about 20 double spaced pages of prose) at least three days before your scheduled meeting. In our meeting, I will return your manuscript with line edits as well as a short editorial response.
MONTHLY ONE-ON-ONE ZOOM MEETING: Each month, we have a one-on-one 60-minute Zoom meeting in which we will go over my edits to your manuscript, I can answer any questions, and we can discuss next steps. I can also offer personalized prompts, reading recommendations, publishing ideas, and more.
I periodically offer manuscript consultations outside of Patreon, but this tier is designed for writers who want to work with me on a monthly basis. I’m happy to work on prose of any kind, and I can help you generate brand new material or work on a revision of a longer project, or a mix of the two.
You are free to cancel any time, so there is no obligation or pressure to work with me for any specific period of time—work with me for one month or for one year!
